I've always been an active person, after suffering an elbow injury I had to quit tennis and find another activity that I enjoyed just as much. After a friend "drug" me to Pilates 6 years ago,

I was hooked. I never dreamed that Pilates would be a replacement for tennis. While it's not the "high intensity" experience of tennis, it has provided me with so much more, the flexibility it gives to my aging body is life altering. I also want to add that Casey and Jodi are the icing on the cake! They always have a smile on their face and are such a joy to work out with, they genuinely are about their clients and their training is hands down amazing! 

I know that Pilates and More will be a part of my life for years to come.

I have been going to Pilates and More for about 10 years. It has been my constant form of training in addition to other forms of intermittent fitness training. The instructors are all so knowledgeable and have the sweetest spirit and welcoming attitude. No one is ever made to feel intimidated. I am in better shape (more flexibility, core strength) than in my younger years. I encourage anyone on the fence to just try Pilates and More. There are many different classes to choose from. I started taking classes at Pilates and More in the summer of 2020. I can tell I am stronger and more lean. The Burn at the Barre class I like to refer to as "the Jlo Booty Making Class!" I look forward to coming to these classes each week.

I have enjoyed Pilates for a years. A few months ago, I decided to start taking a reformer class every week at Pilates and More. I could not believe how this small change would make a big difference in my other workouts. For instance, I noticed that my runs in the days following the reformer class were consistently better. I was able to increase my stride length and speed, gradually shaving an average of 1 minute off my mile (compared to my average pace over the past several years)!

Similarly, I started taking Burn at the Barre regularly also. I love how the class targets large muscle groups as well as muscles I don't even know I have ( but clearly need to work on). On a recent ski trip, I could feel those muscles kicking in and was grateful to have gained strength in the week prior.
