It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get in better shape and live a healthier lifestyle, but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where we come in. Pilates and More offers a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. See the classes we offer below, and get in touch with us if you have any questions.

 REFORMER 

These classes are limited to 4 clients at a time. Reformer classes are done on the Pilates Reformer and previous knowledge of Pilates is welcomed, but not always necessary. These classes are a great way to advance your Pilates practice from Pilates Mat classes.

PILATES MAT

Pilates Mat is an all levels class. Basic Pilates principles are taught, such as balance and flexibility. All movements challenge and strengthen the core muscles and props are sometimes used to advance the exercises.

BURN AT THE BARRE

Burn at the barre sculpts and tones the whole body. Inspired by the "ballet barre", this class sculpts the glutes, quads, abs and arms. No dance or ballet experience is required. All levels are welcomed.
