If you are a new client please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the client profile sheet and talk to your instructor about any issues or concerns you may have OR you may also fill out the client profile waiver on our website under client tab.
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Men often choose athletic shorts with compression layers or pants, while women typically prefer stretch leggings or fitted bottoms.
We have a cancellation policy of 2 hours, please cancel your class at least 2 hours before start time so someone can try to come. If you are a No-Show you will be charged for a single class out of your package. Remember, we have limited spots available, so if you reserved a spot and NO-SHOW, others lose out.
