Meet Courtney Weber. She and her family are new to the area, thank you United States Military, and we get the pleasure of having Courtney join our team. Yay!! Courtney has one little one and her passion is making working out possible WITH your child. She has a background in teaching and music, so she loves incorporating musical aspects in some of her classes. She believes a healthy body starts with a healthy lifestyle that includes the WHOLE family. She just finished her barre Certification with Pilates Sports Center.
Katie started Pilates at home in 2020 as a mental escape (can’t imagine why she would have needed that ), then joined a studio and immediately fell in love. She soon realized she wanted to share this passion with others through teaching and is completing her Balanced Body certification. Her favorite thing about Pilates is that the movements can always be modified so that anyone can feel confident in the exercises. Outside of Pilates, Katie works as a survey research manager and enjoys going to the beach, biking, volunteering in animal rescue and cheering for the Dawgs.
