With professional guidance we will lengthen and strengthen your body for improved core stability, poised posture and better, overall well being. Pilates is designed to help you attain, and maintain, proper form and alignment. Ideal for clients who may have never taken a Pilates class or if you are a regular who is looking to advance your Pilates practice. All levels welcome and modifications are always given during class.

BURN AT THE BARRE

Burn at the Barre

All levels are welcome here. Barre classes are the latest in sculpting and toning the body. These classes are inspired by the “ballet barre” and the exercises have been modified to deliver the best results without knee or low back issues. Barre work sculpts the quads, glutes and abs and light weights are used to sculpt the arms. Join us for this challenging and intense but highly rewarding class.

STRENGTH SQUAD

Strength Squad
50 minutes @ $12.00
Ready to add some fun to your workout? You can expect a class focusing on strength training with body weight and other equipment. A little cardio thrown in for good measure and topped off with fun games. Yes, strength training classes can be FUN!

PILATES MAT

Pilates Mat
50 minutes @ $12.00
Pilates Mat class is a challenging, yet safe method to sculpt your body and to increase agility in your everyday movements. Each class will work to balance all muscle group’s strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Basic principles of Pilates are taught, such as balance, flexibility, and breath work. All levels are welcome and modifications are given in each class.
