Service Description
A Reformer class designed especially for ages 13-17. In this class basic Pilates principles will taught in a safe environment. Whether your teen is into sports, dance, cheer, or just socializing with friends, they can all benefit from this class. They will gain flexibility, core control, body awareness and overall strength and toning.

Please cancel your class at least 2 hours before start time so someone else can book. If you don't cancel your class or contact us to get it cancelled your package will be charged for that class. **We need to be able to give others the option of coming and also pay our instructor's for the spot that was supposed to be taken.
